Final Random Inspection

Final Random Inspection commences when the merchandise is completed, i.e. at least 80% of products are ready and 100% products are finished, the rest 20% are under packing don't lack any process.

Verittek check on safety, quantity, workmanship, function, color, size, packing, etc. to ensure the function/size and appearance of the products are consistent and satisfactory to the requirements and specifications defined by Clients.

The final sampling inspection aims to assist clients in:

--Verifying whether the entire batch of goods meets order and sample requirements

--Identifying potential quality risks prior to shipment

--Reducing returns, claims, and customer complaints

--Providing objective evidence for shipping decisions

--The final sampling inspection serves as the last and most critical quality control step before shipment.

--Quantity and Specification Verification: Confirm whether actual production quantities meet

1.Order requirements. Verify correctness of styles, models, dimensions, and colors.
2.Conduct risk screening for product mix-ups, incorrect sizing, and missing items.
--Product Appearance and Process Inspection:
1.Examine surface defects (scratches, stains, damages, color discrepancies)
2.manufacturing quality (sewing, welding, assembly, bonding).
3.Perform functional and basic performance tests (per product type).
--Dimension and Structural Measurement:
1.Measure key dimensions
2.Structure Consistency and Stability Check
3.Whether it meets the requirements of samples or technical documents
--Packaging and Labeling Inspection:
1.Integrity of inner and outer packaging
2.Whether the packaging method meets transportation requirements
3.Ensure barcode, label, shipping marks, and instruction manual accuracy.
4.Customer-specified packaging specifications verification
--Sampling Standard Implementation Basis:
1.Apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) international sampling criteria.
2.Clearly differentiate between critical defects, major defects, and minor defects.
3.Objectively determine whether the entire shipment qualifies for release.
