Container Loading Supervision

Container Loading Supervision

In accordance with customer requirements, inspectors conduct on-site supervision throughout the container loading process during cargo transportation. Our container monitoring services include assessing container conditions, verifying product information, counting loaded items, inspecting packaging details, and overseeing the entire loading procedure. To minimize the high risk of cargo replacement after loading, we employ specialized lead sealing for container closure. This ensures your goods are securely loaded in optimal condition for shipment.

Monitoring services encompass: verifying product quantity, specifications, labeling, packaging methods, and shipping marks; inspecting product counts, outer packaging integrity, and container status; supervising on-site loading operations; providing real-time troubleshooting guidance during containerization; implementing container locking and sealing procedures; issuing formal monitoring inspection reports within one business day; and keeping buyers informed about product status during transportation to ensure proper containerization processes.

Purpose of Container Loading Inspection

The primary objective of containerized loading is to mitigate shipping risks and ensure seamless cargo transfer from factory to transportation. Key measures include:

--Confirm that the goods loaded into the container match the products that have passed inspection.

--Prevent incorrect installation, mixed installation, underinstallation, or overinstallation

--Ensure the container is in transport-ready condition

--Reduce the risk of transportation damage and disputes

--Provide objective evidence for shipment and delivery

Key points of container supervision and loading inspection

--Container condition inspection
1.Appearance and Structural Integrity of Containers
2.Both the inner and outer surfaces of the container must be kept clean, free from stains, insect infestations, moisture, holes, and tearing marks.
3.Enter the container, close the hatch, and inspect for visible holes or cracks.
4.Check if the box number and seal number match
--Pre-packaging inspection
1.Verify the quantity of goods to be loaded against the packing list
2.Whether the product packaging condition, main labels, transport markings, and product components comply with requirements
3.Goods inspection confirmation completed
--Supervision of packing process
1.Record the weather conditions during container packing and whether isolation from the loading site was implemented.
2.The goods and packaging are undamaged, and their orientation conforms to the directional markings on the packaging, meeting the customer's specific requirements (e.g., dry method).
3.Goods must be properly bundled to prevent slippage within the container.
4.Overload protection devices for containers shall be installed. Goods and packaging materials must not be compressed inside the container.
5.All goods shall be loaded in a standardized manner, and rough handling methods such as throwing packaging materials must not be employed.
--Packaging completion confirmation
1.Verification of actual container loading quantity
2.Confirmation of door closing and seal installation
3.Seal number record and photo
Cabinet supervision is an important step to ensure that customers receive your qualified products.
